Job Role:
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts including lease deeds, service agreements, vendor contracts, and client agreements.
- Advise cross-functional teams including Sales and Projects on legal issues tied to managed office spaces.
- Strengthen internal policies and processes so they align with current laws and good governance.
- Lead risk assessment efforts and guide the business on contract management and mitigation strategies.
- Support senior leadership with strategic decisions that require sound legal perspective.
- Manage, mentor, and develop members of the legal team.
- Ensure major contracts are finalized on time and to a high standard.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- LLB or LLM with 10 to 15 years of experience, including 2 to 3 years in a Legal Head or similar leadership role.
- A track record of negotiating large and complex commercial agreements.
- Experience in managed office spaces, commercial real estate, or top-tier law firms.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of property law, contract law, and corporate compliance.
