We are seeking a senior, high-impact Corporate Communications leader to own and drive the firms external communications, media strategy, leadership positioning, and reputation management in a complex, high-stakes environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute external communications strategy, aligned with business priorities and regulatory requirements

- Own media relations, press engagement, spokesperson preparation, and crisis -communications

- Drive leadership profiling, thought leadership, and narrative building for senior executives

- Manage reputation risk, issues management, and sensitive communications

- Oversee communication around financial performance, transactions, regulatory matters, and corporate announcements

- Partner closely with senior leadership, legal, compliance, investor relations, and business teams

- Manage external agencies and communication partners

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

- 12+ years of experience in Corporate Communications / External Communications / Media Relations

- Strong experience within Investment Banking, Financial Services, Capital Markets, PE, AMC, Insurance, or large regulated institutions

- Demonstrated expertise in: External & Media Communications, Reputation & Crisis Management, Executive & Leadership Communications, Stakeholder & Regulatory Communications

- Proven ability to manage high-pressure, market-sensitive communications

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, English, or related discipline

- Postgraduate qualification in Communications / Media / Management is preferred
