Role Overview:
The VP / Corporate VP Compensation will lead the design and execution of the organizations total rewards strategy, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. This role is pivotal in shaping compensation frameworks that drive performance, retention, and engagement in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation Strategy & Design: Develop and implement compensation structures across levels; lead benchmarking, budgeting, and review cycles; design incentive plans aligned with business goals.
- Performance Management: Drive annual and mid-year performance review processes; enhance performance culture in partnership with HR leadership.
- Strategic HR Projects: Support organizational design and new business setups; contribute to HR transformation initiatives.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure statutory compliance (PF, Gratuity, ESIC); manage audits and reporting.
- Analytics & Insights: Use data-driven insights for pay equity, retention, and workforce planning; present dashboards to leadership.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership; collaborate with Finance, Legal, and HRBPs for alignment.
Ideal Profile:
- 12+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in BFSI or fintech.
- Proven expertise in designing C&B strategies for high-growth organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and global compensation practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS and analytics tools.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred.
- Mandatory MBA from (XLRI, TISS, MDI, SIBM, SCMHRD, XIMB, IIMs)
