We are hiring a senior leader for a Vice President - Client Marketing & Distribution role within a global asset management setup. This position will lead multiple client support functions from India and play a critical role in building a scalable, client-centric and technology-driven operating model.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee client support functions including Client Reporting, ESG Queries, Marketing Intelligence, and Client Data

- Drive marketing content, publishing, and distribution strategy across global markets

- Establish and scale India as a Center of Excellence (CoE) for client support and reporting

- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of all client deliverables

- Partner with global stakeholders across Product, Investments, Marketing, Technology, and Client Services

- Drive automation, process optimization, and transformation initiatives

- Lead transitions from vendors/onshore teams with strong governance and controls

- Manage stakeholder communication, escalations, and performance reviews

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong expertise in Asset Management / Investment Management domain

- Deep experience in Client Reporting, Marketing Operations, and Content Distribution

- Proven leadership in managing large, multi-functional teams

- Strong understanding of ESG reporting and client data management

- Expertise in automation, analytics, and process transformation

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (global exposure required)

- Experience in content platforms / CMS tools (e.g., AEM, SharePoint, etc.)

Experience Required:

- 11+ years of experience in Asset Management / Financial Services

- Demonstrated experience in leading large teams and global functions

- Strong track record in strategic leadership, transformation, and stakeholder engagement

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (mandatory)

- MBA / Postgraduate qualification preferred
