Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales & Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients, including business leaders, CFOs, and CAs, to promote our tax and compliance solutions.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their financial and regulatory requirements.
- GST Compliance Solutions: Lead business development efforts specifically for GST compliance software and related tax technology solutions, leveraging prior experience in this domain.
- Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Revenue Growth: Drive sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.
- Industry Expertise: Stay updated on financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance trends to effectively position our solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to refine offerings based on market feedback.
- Requirements:
- Experience: 10+ years in B2B sales, preferably in financial technology or enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Mandatory Product Knowledge: Exposure to tax compliance software and regulatory frameworks.
- Finance Background: Strong understanding of financial principles, tax regulations, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience in selling financial technology solutions.
- Established network within the finance and accounting industry.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with financial software, tax automation tools, and compliance platforms.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to sell to senior executives, business leaders, and finance professionals.
