About:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training and development strategy across the organization.
- Align learning initiatives with the organization's operational, clinical, and cultural transformation goals.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on talent development and organizational capability.
Program Development & Execution:
- Oversee the creation, delivery, and assessment of training programs for clinical staff, operational teams, administrative personnel, and leadership.
- Ensure training programs meet all federal, state, and industry regulatory requirements (CMS, HIPAA, OSHA, Joint Commission, etc.).
- Lead development of onboarding, compliance, continuing education, leadership development, and DEI training programs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with HR, Compliance, Clinical Leadership, IT, and Operations to ensure training supports both business objectives and employee growth.
- Support M&A and integration training efforts, ensuring knowledge transfer and cultural alignment.
