Vice President/Assistant Vice President - Business Transformation - P2P/Process Excellence - ITeS/BPO/KPO

Title : VP / AVP - Business Transformation - P2P / Process Excellence (P2P) (Black Belt / MBB)- ITeS / BPO / KPO

Location : Delhi NCR / Jaipur

Roles and Responsibilities:

- In this role the individual is required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems in P2P Domain

- Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures in P2P Domain

- The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals

- Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads

- Generally, interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Organisation.

- The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments

- Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams

- Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture

- Proven experience to drive multiple projects across different teams and locations

Educational Qualification / Work Experience & Skills :

- PG / MBA / Graduate with min 15+ years of experience & Certified in Six Sigma Black Belt/MBB and Lean methodologies & Subject matter expert in F&A towers (PTP, RTR, OTC) with focus on P2P domain.

- Demonstrated experience managing and articulating end-to-end digital project delivery

- Proven team leadership abilities

- Expertise in change management

- Skilled in digital transformation initiatives

- Extensive project and program management experiences

- Strong senior stakeholder management capabilities

- Advanced strategic thinking and defining new solutions
