Vice President - Accounts & Controls

We are looking for a Vice President - Accounts & Controls to act as a key strategic finance leader for the Group, overseeing end-to-end accounting, controls, and financial management across multiple businesses.

About:

- The role will be responsible for driving strong financial discipline through robust project controls, MIS systems, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, with a strong focus on real estate and other capital-intensive operations.

- The incumbent will lead group-wide financial strategy, provide insights for new projects, land acquisitions, and expansions, and ensure project profitability through effective cost control and accrual-based cash flow monitoring.

- The position will handle comprehensive loan and debt management, including sanctions, documentation, compliance, interest optimization, restructuring, and timely servicing, while maintaining strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and lenders and ensuring zero-default status.

- Responsibilities also include treasury and fund management, inter-company funding, liquidity planning, and alignment of fund deployment with approved budgets.

- The role will oversee accounts finalization, consolidation, audits, and statutory compliances under Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, TDS, and RERA.

- It will lead tax planning, risk management, internal controls, ERP implementation, and team leadership, fostering transparency, governance, and financial excellence across the Group.
