About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee end-to-end operations of our VIBES clinic.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a sales-driven mindset, and prior experience in managing wellness, slimming, or beauty clinics.

This role requires someone who can ensure exceptional customer experience while meeting business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth

- Drive clinic revenue by meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase client acquisition and retention.

- Promote slimming, beauty, laser, and wellness services to walk-ins and leads.

- Conduct consultations, upsell services, and support the sales team in closures.

- Monitor daily sales, track KPIs, and report performance to management.

Clinic Operations Management

- Oversee smooth functioning of daily clinic operations.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene standards, and operational guidelines.

- Manage appointment scheduling, workflow planning, and service delivery.

- Ensure inventory availability, manage stock usage, and coordinate with vendors.

- Handle petty cash, billing, and audit requirements.

Team Leadership & Training

- Lead, motivate, and guide the clinic team including therapists, counsellors, and front desk staff.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure target alignment.

- Organize training sessions on product knowledge, customer service, and sales skills.

- Maintain a positive and high-energy work environment.

Client Experience & Relationship Management

- Ensure premium service quality and client satisfaction.

- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.

- Maintain long-term client relationships through follow-ups and engagement activities.

- Monitor feedback, take corrective actions, and enhance customer experience.

Reporting & Compliance

- Maintain daily reports, sales dashboards, client logs, and audit documents.

- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and quality standards.

- Coordinate with corporate teams for marketing campaigns and operational updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in beauty, slimming, wellness, dermatology, or aesthetic clinics.

- Strong sales and revenue generation experience is a must.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage high-end clients and maintain service excellence.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

- Graduate degree preferred; certification in beauty/wellness is an advantage
