Manager - Furnishing Sales & CRM.

Work Location: Goa.

Team Handling Role: Yes.

Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:

Furnishing Sales (70%).

- Convince Vianaar homeowners to furnish their homes with Vianaar Interiors.

- Meet clients (virtually or in person), understand requirements, and pitch furnishing solutions accordingly.

- Provide expert guidance and assist homeowners in selecting furnishing options aligned with their needs and financial plans.

- Manage end-to-end furnishing process: discussions, pricing, and package finalization, ensuring transparency and customer trust.

- Follow up with potential customers and engage with existing/potential clients to generate referrals.

- Collaborate with design and procurement teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.

- Prepare contracts, packages, and other necessary documentation for furnishing deals.

Customer Relationship Management (30%).

- Oversee CRM lifecycle post-booking until handover, ensuring seamless client experience.

- Act as escalation point for complex customer queries/complaints, ensuring timely resolution.

- Coordinate with Finance for timely collection of payments aligned with construction progress.

- Facilitate documentation and liaise with Legal and banks for agreements, registrations, and home loan processes.

- Ensure smooth transition of customers to Facilities/Estate team during physical handover.

- Maintain comprehensive client/project records and generate regular CRM MIS reports.

- Coordinate and communicate regularly with internal departments - Sales, Projects, Finance, Legal, Facilities - to align client deliverables.

Education & Work Experience:

- Graduate from a reputed institute (MBA preferred).

- 8-10 years' experience, with proven expertise in Sales (Furnishing/Design/Interiors) and exposure to CRM functions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Strong sales acumen with experience of dealing with HNI's/UHNI's.

- Excellent leadership, people management, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently under pressure with zeal and purpose.

- Strong commercial understanding with prior accountability for revenue/targets.
