Role Details:

- 18+ years of experience in application production support, strategic project initiative and implementation, change management, compliance adherence, business analysis, and large project implementation.

- 10 years of experience in team management (20+ size) in the banking and financial sector.

- Knowledge of various banking business verticals including regulatory requirements.

- Strong knowledge of products used under the bank's treasury technology set-up including Treasury IT (Front to back), dealing room set-up, Turret solution, dealing platforms, Fx, Derivatives, Precious metal, and reconciliation applications.

- Hands-on experience with products like Calypso (Nasdaq), Refinitiv ET, Refinitiv's API, Bloomberg, Intellimatch, CXLPM (metagrid Bullion), and various trading market data feed platforms used in bank treasury requirements.

- Strong knowledge of Calypso and related trading systems, platform integration including automation of the trade workflow linking to external trading platforms like Refinitiv, Bloomberg, CCIL, swift/payments apps, and internal business IT applications.

- Knowledge of Calypso development framework and managing the development team for Calypso and related integration which includes various STP automation.

- Knowledge across API/Microservices, Cloud/Native Platform, Containerization, application/system integration, DevSecOps, and SDLC/ASLC processes.

- Implementation of modern monitoring/observability stacks for effective IT production operations.

- Interactions with business leaders/stakeholders, vendors, licensing, and internal teams for effective delivery.

- Strong knowledge of IT security processes and frameworks for production environment management.

- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliances and audit requirements.

Overall Job Description:

- Heading of the unit managing IT applications support, project delivery, and development.

- Manages demand from various stakeholders across the bank and plans to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

- Maintains documentation of systems, architectural diagrams, procedures, end-user documentation, and technical information.

- Delivers automation of DR and BCP.

- Improves technology platform stability, performance, scalability, and fault tolerance across IT systems. Troubleshoots recurring issues and runs the triage for problem solving/RCA.

- Implements change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

- Project management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within specified timelines and budgets.

- Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

- Good understanding of databases (Oracle/SQL/MySQL).

- Knowledge of programming languages and architectures (such as JAVA/J2ee, Microsoft platform - ASP/.NET/.Net Core, Microservices architecture).

- Good understanding and management of mobile and web-based applications and their integrations.
