About the role:
- We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager with a strong background in B2B SaaS product sales to drive new enterprise business across the Indian market. This role requires ownership of large, complex deal cycles, engagement with senior stakeholders, and consistent closure of high-value contracts.
- This is a hands-on closing role and not suited for candidates from services, agency, or pure relationship-management backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle prospecting, discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and closure.
- Drive new logo acquisition within large mid-market and enterprise accounts in India.
- Engage with CXOs, Founders, VPs, and Heads of Functions as part of complex deal motions.
- Manage deal sizes typically ranging from 25L to 1Cr+ ARR.
- Build and maintain a strong, predictable pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual targets.
- Work closely with Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and CRM discipline.
- Provide market and customer feedback to internal stakeholders to improve product positioning.
Mandatory Requirements (Read Carefully):
- Candidates must meet ALL of the below:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product sales.
- Current or recent experience in a product-based SaaS company (not services, IT consulting, or system integrators).
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals in the Indian market.
- Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers.
- Willingness to work from the Bangalore office.
