Head (Accounts & Finance )

Location : Gurgaon ,Onsite

Should have decent communiation skills and team handling experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Should have end to end hands on knowledge related to finance and accounts

Financial Management & Strategy:

- Lead end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

- Provide strategic financial insights to leadership for business decisions

- Drive cost optimization, profitability, and cash flow management

Accounting & Reporting:

- Oversee accounting operations, GL, AP/AR, and month-end/year-end closures

- Ensure timely preparation of financial statements as per statutory requirements

- Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records

Compliance & Statutory:

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations

- Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities

- Oversee ROC filings and regulatory reporting

Controls & Governance:

- Establish and strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and financial governance

- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies

- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor the finance & accounts team

- Set performance goals, review outcomes, and build a high-performing team

- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives

Stakeholder Management:

- Work closely with CEO, senior leadership, banks, investors, and external partners

- Support fundraising, due diligence, and financial negotiations when required

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Minimum 12+ years of overall experience in Finance & Accounts, with at least 6+ years of proven experience in leading and managing finance temas

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- In-depth end-to-end knowledge of Finance and Accounts, including accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
