We are looking for an experienced R2R Senior Associate to join our team. The R2R Senior Associate will be responsible for managing and
overseeing the Record to Report process. This includes ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, managing the month-end close
process, and overseeing the general ledger. The R2R Senior Associate will also be responsible for collaborating with a team of accountants,
ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in accounting, excellent leadership skills, and a keen attention to detail.
A. Key Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the Record to Report process.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Manage the month-end close process.
- Oversee the general ledger.
- Manage a team of accountants.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Drive process improvements.
- Perform the bank reconciliation monitoring and final review and signing of reconciliation file
- Accumulates, prepares, and records post-closing journal entries
- Prepares information resulting in FS disclosures and audit requirements
- Prepare journal entries, recurring and allocation journal entries, collecting adequate supporting documentation
- Perform preliminary variance analysis and research and resolve errors relating to misallocation or under accrual, prepare to correct
entries and supporting documentation
- Additional tasks will include statutory reporting (audit etc.) and getting involved in various projects aimed at improving processes etc.
B. Key Job Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy or recognizable accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA and etc.)
- 1 - 2 years of post qualification relevant working experience
- Familiar with Ind AS (IFRS), US GAAP is an advantage
- Strong accounting, reporting and consolidation knowledge
- Dynamic and bright personality with a positive attitude and excellent communication skill. A team player with good organization
skill and an eye for accuracy and detail
- Willing to work in demanding dynamic environment
- System-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Excel
