Role Overview:

We are looking to hire a Product Manager for our Lending / Shipping Platform Team who is passionate about taking ideas from concept to execution. You will play a key role in building scalable products across lending and shipping domains, driving 01 initiatives, product roadmaps, and customer-centric platform experiences.

The role requires close collaboration with customers, technology, data engineering, operations, sales, and support teams to build impactful solutions that improve customer experience and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

- Drive product vision, strategy, and execution for lending and/or shipping platform initiatives.

- Engage regularly with customer-facing teams to gather feedback and identify opportunities for product enhancements.

- Understand and analyze data from internal data warehouses and external sources to derive actionable insights.

- Define and track product usage metrics and customer behavior patterns to validate feature requirements.

- Translate customer pain points into scalable product functionalities and workflows.

- Work closely with leadership in planning and prioritizing the product roadmap.

- Convert ideas into prototypes, workflows, and product requirements for stakeholder alignment.

- Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery.

- Improve customer journeys across financing, repayment, shipping, tracking, and operational workflows.

- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities in fintech, lending, logistics, and shipping ecosystems.

- Take complete ownership of product success, adoption, and impact.

Requirements:

- 3-10 years of experience in Product Management.

- Strong experience in building B2B/B2C platform products, preferably in fintech, lending, logistics, or shipping domains.

- Prior experience working on lending products, checkout financing, underwriting workflows, collections, repayment journeys, shipping aggregation, logistics workflows, or merchant platforms is highly preferred.

- Hands-on understanding of analytics dashboards and data visualization interfaces.

- Strong knowledge of SQL is mandatory.

- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong customer-centric mindset with high ownership and execution ability.

- Ability to work in fast-paced startup environments with ambiguity.

- Familiarity with Agile development frameworks is preferred.

- Prior experience in high-growth fintech or B2B startup ecosystems will be an added advantage.

- Candidates with prior Co-founder / Founder background will have an added advantage.
