About the Role:
- We're looking for a high-impact leader to drive business and product strategy at Velocity. This is a founder's office + strategy leadership role focused on solving complex problems, building new initiatives from scratch, and scaling them.
- We are specifically looking for candidates from top-tier consulting firms like Boston Consulting Group (BCG), McKinsey & Company, and Bain & Company + Startup is strongly preferred.
- This is not a "PowerPoint strategy" role - it demands hands-on execution, ownership, and hustle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive high-impact strategic initiatives across business expansion, product, and operations (0- 1 and 1- 10)
- Build business cases and GTM strategies for new product lines (market sizing, positioning, growth levers)
- Work closely with Founders and leadership team on mission-critical projects
- Lead cross-functional execution across Product, Growth, Engineering, Credit, and Operations
- Drive org-wide planning, goal setting, and strategic decision-making
- Identify and scale new growth opportunities
- Take initiatives from idea - execution - scale (end-to-end ownership)
Qualifications:
Min 6-12 years of experience in:
- MBB consulting (BCG / McKinsey / Bain) OR
- Strategy / Founder's Office roles in high-growth startups
- Tier-1 education: IIT / IIM / ISB / Top global universities / CA passed from 2017-2018 passed outs.
- Strong track record across strategy + execution
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of business, technology, and digital ecosystems
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management
- High ownership mindset with a bias for action
