Why this role?

As an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR), you will work directly with the founders on high-impact strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who wants to accelerate their path to Product / Business Leadership or build their own venture in the future.

This is not a typical corporate role it is 0 to 1, unstructured, high-velocity, and high ownership.

What Youll Work On:

- You will lead end-to-end strategic projects such as:

- Creating and launching new business initiatives (from concept to scale)

- Conducting customer discovery, market research, and building business cases

- Solving operational bottlenecks across Sales, Product, and Growth teams

- Preparing strategic documents for board reviews and investor conversations

- Working closely with product & engineering to shape product roadmap

- Think of this as running a startup inside a startup.

Responsibilities:

- Own critical founder priorities end-to-end, with complete execution accountability

- Identify new growth vectors and build proof-of-concepts from scratch

- Analyze business data and generate actionable insights

- Manage cross-functional stakeholders (Tech, Finance, Ops, Sales, Marketing)

- Create high-quality presentations, business papers, and models for leadership

Ideal Background:

We are looking for top 1% problem solvers.

- Graduation / Post Graduation from Top Tier Institutions (IIM / ISB / IIT / other Tier-1 B-Schools & Engineering Colleges)

- Min 4- 7 yrs of Experience in Strategy / Founder's Office / Business Consulting (Experience with the Big 3 consulting firms is highly preferred)

- Exposure to startups, venture building, or 01 environments

Skills Required:

- Exceptional problem-solving ability and first-principles thinking

- Strong business acumen with analytical + structured thinking

- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and get things done

- Strong PPT and financial modeling skills

- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
