Role Overview:

As a Business Consultant, you will play a key role in driving high-impact operational and supply chain transformation projects for leading organizations in India and abroad.

You will undergo rigorous internal training and certification programs designed to build deep expertise in Vectors proprietary consulting methodologies.

You will initially work closely with Senior and Lead Consultants to gain hands-on project experience.

As you grow, you will independently lead consulting workstreams and manage client stakeholders across senior and middle management.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Analysis:

- Collaborate with subject-matter experts to develop solution designs, conceptual models, and implementation blueprints.

- Conduct diagnostic assessments to understand client business problems, constraints, and improvement potential.

- Analyze process gaps, operational data, and market insights to validate solutions and prepare business cases.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Conduct buy-in sessions with senior and middle management to align on project objectives, solution recommendations, and KPIs.

- Build strong working relationships with client teams, ensuring seamless communication and shared ownership of outcomes.

- Facilitate workshops, presentations, and review meetings with CXOs and functional heads.

Project Execution & Leadership:

- Manage and drive project initiatives in areas such as production, distribution, supply chain, sales, CAPEX projects, or NPD environments.

- Adopt Vectors transformation methodologies to achieve tangible improvements in throughput, lead times, service levels, and inventory.

- Lead cross-functional client teams, ensure adherence to timelines, and monitor implementation progress.

- Solve real-time operational challenges, escalate risks, and ensure achievement of project deliverables.

Change Management:

- Coach and guide client teams to adopt new processes, SOPs, and workflows.

- Support behavioral and cultural transformation needed for sustainable results.

- Help design and institutionalize governance mechanisms and dashboards for performance monitoring.

Documentation & Insights:

- Prepare clear, insight-driven presentations, progress reports, and implementation trackers.

- Maintain structured documentation of solution designs, implementation steps, and learnings for internal knowledge sharing.

Required Experience:

Engineer + MBA with 18 months - 3 years of total work experience.

Experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Distribution, Project Management, NPD, or ETO environments is preferred.

Internship or full-time experience in consulting, manufacturing, automotive, FMCG, retail, logistics, or engineering sectors is a plus
