Campaign Execution & Growth:

- Launch, manage, and optimize CPS-based coupon & cashback campaigns ensuring measurable ROI.

- Drive Telegram inventory bulk-buying initiatives by negotiating with channel owners/vendors for pricing, slots, and scale.

- Identify and execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across campaigns to maximize revenue potential.

Affiliate Engagement & Retention.

- Pitch all offers daily to both active and dormant affiliates, including those who previously declined.

- Conduct monthly face-to-face meetings and conference calls with affiliates to build trust and explore new opportunities.

- Share weekly performance stats and monthly business plans proactively with affiliates via emails and groups.

Affiliate Support & Issue Resolution.

- Respond to all affiliate queries within 24 hours and resolve them within 3 business days.

- Provide tracking links, campaign details, and set realistic expectations with publishers.

- Maintain proper documentation of all affiliate communication (IM groups/emails), keeping supervisors in loop.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting.

- Track and reconcile campaign numbers weekly and monthly with affiliates for accuracy.

- Share structured performance feedback reports with affiliates to drive improvement.

- Maintain campaign-level documentation with outcomes, challenges, and corrective actions.

Strategic Relationship Building.

- Strengthen affiliate partnerships through consistent engagement and transparent communication.

- Build long-term relationships with coupon/cashback partners and resellers by offering tailored solutions.

- Drive trust and loyalty by ensuring consistent campaign delivery and fair reconciliations.

Requirements:

- 4-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing / digital marketing / campaign management, preferably in coupon & cashback domain.

- Strong understanding of CPS campaigns, affiliate platforms, and performance marketing KPIs.

- Proven negotiation skills with channel owners/vendors (Telegram/other platforms).

- Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, reporting dashboards, and analytics.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong attention to detail.
