Description:
- Manage and develop key accounts in the consumer durables and consumer electronics segment.
- Handle and support distributor networks, ensuring smooth operations and strong relationships.
- Plan, execute, and monitor sell-out programs to drive retail performance.
- Achieve assigned value, volume, and revenue targets across the territory.
- Oversee and monitor in-shop demonstrators/promoters to ensure effective brand representation.
- Manage the monthly reconciliation process for key accounts/distributors and obtain NDCs as required.
- Drive sales and distribution of LED TVs within the designated territory.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to local sales teams.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Focus on General Trade (GT) and primary sales execution.
- Remain open to frequent travel across assigned market areas.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years in LED TV or related consumer electronics sales only.
- Experience in LED, large appliances selling.
- Strong distributor management and sales planning abilities.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.
- Comfortable with travelling to nearby stores for customer/client interaction.
