Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans, achieve targets (primary/secondary sales), and drive sales of specific products (FMOs).
- Market Development: Grow the market, add new outlets, increase SKU availability, and ensure product range presence.
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the sales team (Territory Sales Consultants) to meet business objectives.
- Channel Management: Manage distributor relationships, monitor stock levels, and ensure efficient logistics from warehouse to retailer.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze market data, track competitors (promotions, pricing), and identify new opportunities.
- Reporting & Administration: Prepare sales reports, manage claims/settlements, and align with regional plans.
Core Focus Areas:
- Primary Sales: Company to Distributor.
- Secondary Sales: Distributor to Retailer.
- Trade Marketing: Deploying cooler/rack productivity and ensuring point-of-sale presence.
