Role Description

- Daily tasks include overseeing sales operations, training sales staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to optimize sales performance and maintain a high level of product knowledge.

Qualifications

- Team Management, Leadership, and Training skills

- Customer Relationship Management and Client Servicing skills

- Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills

- Proven track record in sales performance and target achievement

- Ability to work on-site in Morbi

- Experience in the tiles and bathware industry is a plus

- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
