- Go-to-Market Leadership: Develop and execute robust go-to-market (GTM) strategies in collaboration with Sales and Marketing to ensure successful product launch, positioning, adoption, and commercial success.
Product Development and Execution (The "What" and "How")
- Roadmap Management: Build, maintain, and communicate a prioritized product roadmap based on strategic priorities, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Requirements Definition: Translate complex client/market needs and business goals into clear, detailed product requirements, user stories, and epics, serving as the voice of the customer for the engineering and solution architect teams.
- Agile Leadership: Act as the Product Owner within an Agile/Scrum environment, managing the product backlog, defining sprint goals, and accepting user stories.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the central hub for communication between engineering, solution architects, project managers, sales, marketing, and executive stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment.
Performance and Optimization (The "Results")
- Data-Driven Decisions: Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics and performance indicators (e.g., adoption rate, client satisfaction, feature usage, revenue) to inform product decisions and identify areas for optimization.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation, development, launch, in-life optimization, to eventual retirement.
- Risk and Constraint Management: Proactively identify and manage project risks, making critical trade-off decisions between scope, schedule, and cost to ensure business objectives are met.
