
Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, LLP Act, 2008, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle and manage ROC filings, annual returns, and compliance documentation.
- Convene, coordinate, and draft minutes for Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and AGMs.
- Manage RBI and FEMA compliances and interact with regulatory authorities as required.
- Oversee and coordinate banking operations, documentation, and related processes.
- Draft, review, and vet agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
- Assist in corporate governance activities and maintain internal compliance trackers.
- Draft, manage, and maintain documentation related to various assignments and tasks.
- Develop compliance strategies and implement processes to meet regulatory obligations.
- Act as a liaison/solicitor between the company and external stakeholders, consultants, and authorities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS Executive level or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of Companies Act, LLP Act, ROC filings, and corporate compliance.
- Hands-on experience with RBI/FEMA compliances.
- Proficient in convening and managing Board Meetings/AGMs.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of banking operations and corporate documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
