Role Purpose:


Lead and govern all HR, Industrial Relations, and Compliance activities across manufacturing plants within the assigned region ensuring manpower readiness, employee engagement, labor harmony, statutory adherence, and operational excellence in alignment with V-Guards manufacturing strategy and people vision.


Key Responsibilities:


HR Business Partnering:

- Partner with plant leadership on manpower planning, workforce deployment, and people priorities.

- Drive performance management, talent movement, and succession planning.

- Act as the escalation point for plant HR teams and ensure timely resolutions.


Regional HR Strategy & Governance:


- Implement the regional HR roadmap aligned with business and Cluster HR strategy.

- Ensure smooth execution of HR processesonboarding, transfers, confirmations, separations.

- Monitor manpower cost, productivity, absenteeism, and attrition trends across sites.



Industrial Relations & Workforce Harmony:


- Maintain a proactive IR environment across plants.

- Oversee grievances, disciplinary actions, and settlements.

- Support collective bargaining, wage settlements, and compliance with standing orders.


Statutory Compliance & Risk Control:

- Ensure 100% adherence to labour laws and statutory norms across all plants.

- Lead audit readiness, inspection management, and corrective action closure.


Employee Capability & Engagement:

- Guide Plant HR on engagement, capability building, and retention initiatives.

- Support functional training programs for supervisors and workmen.

- Promote organisational culture and people manager effectiveness.


Administration & Vendor Governance:

- Oversee regional admin operationssecurity, transport, canteen, welfare infrastructure.

- Review vendor performance and drive cost-optimised, standardised admin practices.


Data & Reporting:

- Review regional HR/IR metrics and ensure HRMS (Darwinbox) data accuracy.

- Present consolidated dashboards and insights to Cluster HRBP and ER leadership.
