Utility Manager

- The Utility Manager is responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and ensuring the efficient operation of all utility systems in the plant, such as boilers, compressors, chillers, cooling towers, HVAC, water treatment, and power distribution.

- The role ensures uninterrupted utility supply to production while following safety, cost efficiency, and compliance standards.

- Plan, operate, and maintain utility systems including: Boilers / Steam systems. Air compressors / Compressed air network. Chillers / Cooling towers. Water treatment (RO/Softener/DM Plant). HVAC and Ventilation systems.

- Power distribution panels and DG sets. Monitor utility performance parameters and ensure optimal efficiency

- Prepare preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.. Analyze energy usage and implement cost-saving measures.. Maintain logs, consumption reports, and breakdown records

- Ensure compliance with statutory norms, safety standards, and environmental regulations.. Coordinate with production, maintenance, and management to support uninterrupted operations.

- Lead and train utility technicians/operators on safe and efficient utility handling.

- Respond to emergencies and troubleshoot equipment failures quickly.

- Support external audits and ensure documentation readiness.

- Strong technical knowledge of industrial utility equipment.

- Troubleshooting and decision-making ability.. Knowledge of energy management and cost control.

- Good understanding of safety, EHS, ISO, and statutory compliance norms.. Team leadership and communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance documentation systems.

Educational Qualification: Tech in Electrical Engineering.

Experience. 4-5 years.
