Position : Senior Manager - Plant HRBP

Job Location : Mumbai

Experience : 13-16 years

Qualification : MBA (HR) or equivalent degree in HR Management

Proficiency in Data Analytics tools (Google Suite)

Excellent communication & analytical skills with a result oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

HR BUSINESS PARTNER FOR MULTIPLE PLANTS

- HRBP for 3 manufacturing sites.

- Deliver end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle.

- Act as primary HR point of contact for plant managers & employees.

- Drive employee engagement and resolve workplace issues.

- Ensure local practices align with corporate policies and business objectives.

HR ANALYTICS & REPORTING

- Analyze HR metrics including headcount, hiring, attrition, engagement, productivity & manpower cost.

- Use advanced analytics tools to derive actionable insights.

- Prepare monthly & quarterly reports / presentations for senior management.

- Act as SPOC for Engagement Surveys.

- Predictive Analytics.

LABOUR COMPLIANCE & GOVERNANCE

- Ensure statutory labour compliance across all manufacturing plants and corporate office through local statutory compliance SPOCs.

- Track compliance through ComplyGlobal portal.

- Conduct audits & rectify non-compliance or gaps immediately.

- Stay abreast of evolving labour laws & regulations.

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT, EMPLOYEE LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT

- Oversee employee life cycle management including but not limited to HR operations, Employee relations and Labour compliance.

- Foster a positive, productive & inclusive work culture.

- Drive retention strategies and employee engagement initiatives.

- Support annual performance processing across all plants.
