Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Sales Manager located in New Delhi. The Zonal Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the designated zone, develop and implement sales strategies, manage and mentor the sales team, and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- The role involves regular site visits, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and preparing sales reports. The Zonal Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and strategic business operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management and team leadership
- Strong understanding of financial products having 12-15 years of particularly loans and mortgages and Experience for Manage DSAs and Builders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and prepare detailed reports
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
