Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Zonal Sales Manager based in Chennai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales operations across the designated zone, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with financial institutions, training and mentoring the sales team, and ensuring targets are met. The role involves frequent interaction with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored loan solutions.
Qualifications
Experience in corporate DSA will be preferred
- Sales and Relationship Management skills
- Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Experience in training and mentoring sales teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Familiarity with loan products and processes
