Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Rajkot. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales in the designated area, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role includes developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and guiding clients through the loan application process. The individual will also be responsible for coordinating with financial institutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
- Strong understanding of loan products and mortgage solutions
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in sales forecasting and achieving revenue targets
- Solid organizational and documentation management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
