Role Description:
- Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, offering tailored financial solutions, and ensuring operational excellence within the assigned region. The Area Sales Head will also mentor and train the sales team to enhance performance and expand market presence.
Qualifications:
- Strong Account Management skills to build and sustain client relationships
- Advanced Analytical Skills to assess market dynamics and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in Team Management with the ability to guide, mentor, and enhance team productivity
- Leadership and communication skills for effective collaboration and relationship-building
- Relevant experience in the financial or lending sector is highly desirable
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
