Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with senior management to understand leadership hiring requirements and org goals. - Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for executive positions. - Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and background investigations. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leadership talent through networking, industry events, and social media. - Utilize applicant tracking systems and other tools to streamline the recruitment process. - Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies and headhunters as needed. - Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Stay current on industry trends and market intelligence to inform recruitment strategies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. - 8+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on leadership or executive roles. - Proven track record of successfully placing senior-level candidates. - Strong understanding of leadership competencies and organizational dynamics. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. - High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
