Travel: 90% Pan India

Experience: 4-7 years in Sales HR

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to enhance sales team productivity

- Deeply understand on-ground realities and address operational people challenges

- Drive performance management and incentive processes

- Strengthen engagement, capability and retention across sales teams

- Ensure strong stakeholder alignment and adherence to HR policies

Ideal Profile: Sales HR experience in Agri Input, FMCG or related industries; strong business partnering, agility, and problem-solving.
