Global Rewards Specialist with UPL based at Navi Mumbai


JOB PURPOSE :


The Global Rewards Specialist supports the design, implementation, and administration of global compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to ensure they are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with business strategy. The role partners closely with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven rewards solutions that attract, motivate, and retain talent across geographies.

PRIMARY KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Support global compensation programs including annual merit cycles, promotions, incentives, job evaluations, and market benchmarking to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

- Assist in the administration and governance of global benefits and rewards policies, partnering with regional HR teams and vendors to ensure consistent and compliant implementation.

- Support global mobility programs by assisting with international assignment compensation, allowances, mobility benchmarking, and assignment cost tracking in coordination with mobility and tax partners.

- Prepare rewards and mobility analytics, dashboards, and reports covering compensation, benefits costs, assignment trends, and workforce metrics to support decision- making.

- Ensure compliance with global governance standards, internal controls, and local regulatory requirements across compensation, benefits, and mobility programs.

- Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, Payroll, and Global Mobility teams to support rewards initiatives, projects, and employee queries in a global, matrixed environment.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED :

- Master's degree in human resources from Tier - I / II B-School

- 3-8 years of experience in compensation, benefits, total rewards in a multinational environment.

- Experience in global mobility is desired

- Exposure to compensation surveys, job evaluation methodologies, and mobility cost structures.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, job architecture, and market benchmarking.

- Advanced Excel skills; experience with HRIS, compensation planning, and mobility tools preferred.

- Experience creating insights and dashboards using Power BI or similar visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Qlik) to support leadership reporting.

- Working knowledge of AI- enabled and new- age analytics tools for workforce and rewards analysis.

- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee data with discretion.
