- Unstop (Formerly Dare2Compete) is hiring for the Strategic Partnerships team who will oversee maximizing the growth and revenue of the organization. - Their task will be to set realistic expectations and push through on expectations with determination and drive to make company revenues grow as much as possible. - They will be required to strategize avenues to make revenue for our existing products as well as suggest and implement new product ideas. - They will be responsible for the operations of the company's sales force, development and implementation of annual sales, monitoring the performance of teams and sales goals, and meeting with other internal/external stakeholders to ensure that business objectives are executed properly and right on schedule. Responsibilities of the Candidate: - Build strategic relationships with Govt. bodies/entities and manage complex partnerships to achieve the company's goals. - Explore potential partnerships and structure partnership agreements to drive user acquisition, traffic, and brand awareness. - Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. - Maintain & nurture existing partnerships & channels of strategic alliances. Innovate mutually beneficial, high-impact, long-term partnership constructs. - Report to the Director Strategic Partnerships and actively work with other team leads. Soft Skills Required: - Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, quick thinking, self-starter, ability to formulate and adapt business alliance & partnership strategy Eligibility: - Minimum 2 years of experience in B2G Partnerships/Sales - Should be willing to travel as and when required - Must have an Engineering background - Candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset will be given a higher preference - Brownie point for candidates with HR-Tech or Ed-tech background Compensation: As per industry standards.
