We're hiring a Key Account Manager - B2B SaaS to drive post-sales engagement, renewals, retention, and revenue expansion across enterprise and mid-market clients.
If you understand SaaS metrics, manage CXO relationships, and grow ARR within existing accounts - this role is built for you.
What You'll Own:
- End-to-end Post-Sales Account Management
- Customer Success & Lifecycle Management
- Renewals, Upsell, Cross-sell, Expansion Revenue
- Driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR), ARR Growth, Low Churn
- Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with senior stakeholders
- Executive-level client engagement
- Commercial negotiations & contract renewals
- Cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product & Support.
Must-Have Experience:
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS / Enterprise SaaS / Technology Account Management
- Proven track record of managing high-value revenue portfolios
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho)
- Strong stakeholder & CXO relationship management skills
