Job Tittle : Category Development Manager ( Equivalent to SR TSI/TSI/ASE)

Education : MBA

Location : Punjab ( Amritsar, Bhatinda)

Experience : Minimum 3 years in General Trade - FMCG / Beverages only

Job Responsibilities :

1.Responsible for driving sales, managing store performance, and implementing company strategy across geographic area.

2. Overseeing and coaching store managers, managing budgets, analyzing market trends, and developing strategies to boost revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.

3.Sales strategy and planning: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve company goals.

4.Performance monitoring: Analyze sales data, monitor regional performance against targets, and adjust strategies as needed.

5.Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.

6. Ensure consistent brand messaging, manage inventory levels in collaboration with store managers, and oversee store operations.

7.Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

8.Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.

9.Proficiency in sales analysis and reporting.

10.Ability to manage budgets and financial performance.

11.Knowledge of the retail industry, market trends, and customer behavior.
