Responsibilities:
Customer Journey & Funnel Analysis
- Analyze end-to-end customer journeys across acquisition, activation, retention, and more.
- Identify drop-offs and bottlenecks in funnels; provide data-backed recommendations to improve conversions.
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor funnel performance and core metrics.
Data Insights & Experimentation
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover patterns and trends.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Design and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, product, sales, and growth teams to support strategic initiatives with data insights.
- Present findings in a clear, structured, and compelling manner to drive decision making.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Own the reporting of key business metrics and KPIs.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across reports.
- Proactively flag anomalies or unusual trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from a Tier 1 institution.
- 1.5 to 2 years of hands-on analytics experience in a D2C/B2C startup.
- Experience in fintech is a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of customer funnels and performance metrics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, etc.
- Prior exposure to A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work directly with business teams (not just within central analytics).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment
