About the Role:
We are looking for a driven leader to scale Unacademy's Olympiad programs by building and managing partnerships with schools. This role will own end-to-end onboarding of schools for Olympiad participation, ensuring strong adoption, execution, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. School Partnership & Onboarding
- Identify and onboard schools for Olympiad programs (Maths, Science, NTSE, etc.).
- Drive the complete partnership lifecycle-from outreach to agreement closure.
- Conduct presentations, demos, and discussions with school leadership and academic heads.
2. Program Execution & Relationship Management
- Act as the SPOC for partner schools during onboarding and execution.
- Ensure smooth coordination for registrations, exams, results, and follow-ups.
- Build long-term relationships with principal, coordinators, and management.
3. Revenue & Growth Ownership
- Own monthly/quarterly Olympiad enrolment and revenue targets.
- Identify upsell opportunities such as multiple Olympiads, training programs, or annual tie-ups.
4. Strategy & Market Insights
- Track competitor Olympiad offerings and school preferences.
- Share feedback to improve pricing, formats, and school engagement models.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with academics, ops, tech, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
2. 3-6 years of experience in school sales, Olympiads, EdTech B2B, or institutional partnerships.
3. Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
4. Willingness to travel extensively.
