Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Category Head / Associate Director to lead the CA/CS/CMA category.

The ideal candidate will drive category growth through effective P&L management, educator partnerships, learner engagement,

and execution excellence. You will be responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the category while ensuring measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Category Ownership: Own the P&L for the CA/CS/CMA category, driving growth, profitability, and learner outcomes.

- Strategy & Execution: Define short-term and long-term strategies for category expansion, educator acquisition, and learner retention.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor category associates, managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure strong execution and performance.

- Educator Management: Identify, onboard, and manage top educators; drive collaborations that align with brand and learner expectations.

- Operational Excellence: Streamline workflows for class scheduling, academic planning, and learner engagement in coordination with central and regional teams.

- Revenue & Growth: Monitor key performance metrics, analyze business trends, and implement data-backed initiatives to achieve revenue targets.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Growth teams to deliver best-in-class category outcomes.

- Learner Experience: Ensure high-quality academic delivery, learner satisfaction, and brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 institute and MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college.

- 3-6 years of experience in Category Management, Business Operations, or P&L Management, preferably in EdTech or

Education domains.

- Proven expertise in revenue management, strategic planning, and stakeholder leadership.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decision-making ability.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Experience in managing teams and driving business growth in a fast-paced environment.
