Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Digital & Social Media Marketing professional with strong performance marketing expertise to lead and execute data-driven digital campaigns across platforms. This role will be responsible for driving brand visibility, demand generation, and customer acquisition while working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and execute digital and social media marketing strategies with performance marketing at the core

- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search & Display), and YouTube

- Drive lead generation, conversions, and ROI through continuous testing and optimization

- Analyze campaign performance using data and insights; translate metrics into actionable improvements

- Work closely with branding, content, product, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment

- Manage agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders effectively

- Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in digital and social media marketing

- Ensure agile execution with quick turnarounds in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5-7 years of experience in digital and social media marketing, with strong exposure to performance marketing

- Prior experience in Automotive or Consumer-focused industries preferred

- Experience with D2C consumer brands will also be considered

- Strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube campaigns

- Highly data-driven, with the ability to analyze performance and optimize campaigns in real time

- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally

- Self-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment
