Job Summary

UltraTech Cement is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Learning & Development professional to join its L&D team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing impactful learning solutions that enhance employee capability and support business objectives. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to create engaging learning experiences across classroom, virtual, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning training content.

- Conduct training needs analysis and collaborate with business stakeholders to identify learning requirements.

- Create instructional design documents, storyboards, presentations, facilitator guides, participant manuals, assessments, and learning aids.

- Develop engaging digital learning content using authoring tools.

- Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex concepts into effective learning modules.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions and recommend continuous improvements.

- Ensure learning content aligns with adult learning principles and organizational standards.

- Manage multiple learning projects while adhering to timelines and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.

- Candidates from Tier 1 institutes will be preferred.

- 2-6 years of experience in Instructional Design or Learning & Development.

- Strong understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) and adult learning principles.

- Experience creating digital learning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in corporate Learning & Development.

- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).

- Strong presentation and content-writing skills.

- Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.

Preference :

- Candidates from Tier 1 institutes.
