Role Overview - RPA Manager

- We are looking for an experienced RPA Lead / Manager with strong expertise in Robotic Process Automation and hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate.

- The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of RPA experience, with the ability to analyze processes, design automation solutions, and lead implementation in a fast-paced environment.

- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and implementation of RPA solutions across business processes.

- Minimum 8+ years of RPA experience, including 2+ years specifically in Microsoft Power Automate.

- Demonstrate strong knowledge of RPA concepts, frameworks, and methodologies.

- Build, configure, and manage workflows, connectors, and automation solutions using Power Automate.

- Conduct end-to-end process analysis, identify automation opportunities, and design robust RPA solutions.

- Support and guide teams through development, testing, deployment, and optimization.

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into automation workflows.

- Solve complex automation issues through strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Collaborate cross-functionally and ensure alignment between business needs and automation capabilities.

- Manage documentation, version control, and best practices for automation governance.

- Stay updated with the latest RPA and Power Automate capabilities and trends.

- Relevant certifications in RPA and Microsoft Power Automate are an added advantage.
