Role Overview Delivery Lead/Manager (BI / Cloud / Datawarehouse):

- You will be responsible for driving successful implementation, integration, and optimization of BI and Cloud solutions to meet business objectives, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting presales and marketing initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

Own and manage end-to-end delivery of BI and Cloud projects, ensuring:

- Timely delivery

- Delivery within defined scope and budget

- Adherence to quality standards and SLAs

- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for BI and Cloud technology delivery aligned with

organizational and customer goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technology, business, architecture, operations) to define:

- Project requirements

- Scope and objectives

- Delivery plans and milestones

- Ensure successful implementation, integration, and optimization of BI and Cloud platforms to address business requirements.

- Engage with key stakeholders and customers to understand business needs and ensure alignment of BI and Cloud solutions with organizational objectives.

- Provide strong leadership and team management, including mentoring and guiding delivery

teams.

- Oversee project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.

Support Sales and Marketing teams by:

- Contributing to proposal writing

- Providing delivery inputs for RFPs

- Supporting preparation of marketing collaterals such as case studies, success stories, and solution briefs

- Drive best practices in BI and Cloud delivery, including performance optimization, security, scalability, and maintainability.

Technical & Functional Expertise:

- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with BI tools, preferably Power BI.

- Experience in MS Power Platform is preferred.

- Strong exposure to Azure and/or Data Warehousing / Data Management projects.

- Experience with modern data warehouse platforms such as (any of the below is an advantage):

- Microsoft Fabric

- Azure Synapse

- Snowflake

- Amazon Redshift

- Databricks

- Experience in BI tool migration and/or legacy data warehouse to modern warehouse migration is an added advantage.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of overall experience with proven track record in delivering BI, Automation, and Cloud projects.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage business and technical stakeholders.

- Strong project management skills with experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects.

- Ability to define and track KPIs, metrics, and delivery performance.

- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and customers in a consultative capacity.

- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
