Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Management & Relationship Building
- Act as the primary point of contact for telecom operators, aggregators, merchants, and content partners in the DCB ecosystem
- Build strong, long-term relationships with partners to ensure alignment with business goals
- Conduct regular business reviews, performance discussions, and roadmap planning with partners
- Proactively identify partner needs, challenges, and growth opportunities
- Partner Onboarding & Enablement
- Manage end-to-end partner onboarding including commercial setup, technical integration, compliance, and go-live readiness
- Coordinate with internal technical, legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure smooth partner launches
- Ensure partners are well-enabled on DCB products, APIs, billing flows, and reporting mechanisms
- Business Growth & Revenue Optimization
- Drive partner-led revenue growth by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
- Monitor partner performance metrics such as conversion rates, billing success rates, churn, and ARPU
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to launch new DCB use cases, services, or markets
- Support new market launches and operator expansions
- Operational Excellence & Issue Resolution
- Monitor day-to-day DCB operations including transaction flows, settlements, reconciliation, and payouts
- Act as an escalation point for partner issues related to billing failures, disputes, refunds, or revenue leakage
- Work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure high service uptime and performance
- Ensure SLA adherence and continuous service improvement
- Reporting, Analytics & Compliance
- Prepare and share regular partner performance reports, insights, and recommendations
- Track KPIs related to partner success, revenue, retention, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with telecom regulations, operator policies, and DCB guidelines
- Support audits, reconciliations, and revenue assurance activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical & Domain Expertise:
- Strong understanding of Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) business models and telecom billing flows
- Experience working with telecom operators, aggregators, or digital payment platforms
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, billing systems, and settlement processes
- Familiarity with compliance, regulatory requirements, and fraud prevention in DCB
Professional Skills:
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking and optimization
Education & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in partner success, account management, or business operations
- Prior experience in fintech, telecom, digital payments, or subscription-based businesses preferred
