Job Overview:


The Business Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the portfolio of Content Partners (CPs) on the aggregator platform. The role involves end-to-end partner lifecycle management, performance optimization, revenue growth, onboarding, and ensuring smooth commercial & operational workflows across internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:


Partner / CP Management


- Build and maintain strong relationships with Content Providers (CPs), premium partners, and digital service vendors.


- Act as the primary point of contact for all partner-related matterscommercial, operational, and technical.


- Drive CP engagement to ensure timely content updates, campaign launches, and compliance with platform guidelines.

Business & Revenue Growth


- Analyse CP performance data to maximize revenues and improve partner productivity.


- Identify new categories, premium content opportunities, and high-potential partners for onboarding.

- Plan monthly/quarterly business targets and performance improvement plans.

Onboarding & Integration

- Facilitate end-to-end onboarding of new CPsdue diligence, documentation, technical integration, testing, and go-live.

- Work closely with Product, Tech & Legal teams to ensure smooth partner setup.

Commercial Management

- Negotiate commercials, revenue share models, payout cycles, and contract terms with CPs.

- Track payouts, reconciliations, and financial compliance in coordination with Finance teams.

Operations & Process Management

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner issuesbilling, platform bugs, content approvals, compliance, etc.

- Ensure all partner activities adhere to regulatory and operator guidelines (DCB, VAS, OTT, digital services etc.).

- Create and implement SOPs to streamline partner operations.

Performance Analytics & Reporting

- Track KPIs such as revenue, ARPU, churn, content consumption, subscription patterns, and campaign performance.

Market & Competitor Analysis

- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, new digital content categories, and emerging service models.

- Provide insights to Product teams for roadmap development.
