U2opia Mobile - B2B Platform Manager

Platform Strategy & Ownership:

- Own the end-to-end platform roadmap, vision, and execution for the B2B platform

- Define platform KPIs aligned to business outcomes such as adoption, retention, revenue, and performance

- Identify opportunities to enhance platform capabilities, scalability, and customer experience

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Act as the primary point of contact between business, product, engineering, sales, and operations teams

- Translate business requirements into platform capabilities and functional specifications

- Partner with sales and account teams to support enterprise customer onboarding and growth

Partner & Integration Management:

- Manage B2B integrations with enterprise clients, vendors, APIs, and third-party platforms

- Oversee onboarding of new partners, ensuring seamless technical and operational integration

- Drive platform readiness for enterprise-grade security, compliance, and SLAs

Platform Operations & Performance:

- Monitor platform performance, uptime, scalability, and reliability

- Define and manage SLAs, incident response, and issue resolution processes

- Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement for platform stability

Data, Analytics & Optimization:

- Track platform usage metrics, customer behavior, and operational KPIs

- Use insights to optimize workflows, reduce friction, and improve platform efficiency

- Enable data-driven decision-making for feature prioritization and enhancements

Compliance, Security & Risk:

- Ensure platform adherence to security, data privacy, and regulatory standards

- Work with internal risk and compliance teams to manage audits and controls

- Drive best practices for data protection, access management, and governance

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of B2B platforms, enterprise workflows, and integrations

- Experience managing API-based ecosystems and partner platforms

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
