I) Understand brand briefs / brand challenges and recommend effective solutions within the resources indicated with a core focus on developing long-standing client relationships and maximizing client value II) Drive ideation across all relevant offerings (Fiction, Regional, Non-Fiction, Influencer etc.) through brainstorming sessions with the respective teams III) Working closely with :&nbsp; Sales team : Interpret brief from the sales team and understand the brand positioning, Key Marketing Challenges, Brand Objective and suggest a formidable solution within the gamut of the resources available and basis criteria that is set by brand (duration, budgets etc.). Create proposal decks with complete content &amp; marketing solutions including roll-out plans and KPIs Client Team: During the execution process liaising between the client and the relevant execution team members internally Creative Team: Ideating on the proposed solution, maintaining timelines and ensuring that content is in line with the channel as well as the brand brief Social Media Team: To ensure that all our content is being published and pushed live as per the social calendar set for every campaign and within pre-set brand guardrails Account Management Team:&nbsp; Ensuring smooth project management with timely apprising and information sharing with the client In addition to this, the candidate will be responsible for some key duties as a BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE function: I) Media Industry Updates - to share market knowledge of various industries by scanning various news, media and industry news portals II) Campaign Research - to keep abreast with what other publishers are offering in the market, case studies of innovative offerings, knowledge of new technology in media / social III) Competition Analysis - Scan various competition sites and see who are the brand that are running on other sites and share with the sales team periodically.
