About the Role:

Were looking for a passionate Social Media Manager to take the lead on Tutoracs digital voice and online community.

Youll shape our brand presence, engage audiences, and turn followers into active learners.

The ideal candidate lives and breathes content, social trends, and creative storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management (50%):

- Own Tutoracs social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter (X), Facebook, and YouTube.

- Create and manage content calendars aligned with brand campaigns and product launches.

- Design visually appealing posts, reels, and video snippets that highlight Tutoracs value.

- Engage with followers, reply to comments, and build community-driven conversations.

- Monitor analytics and performance metrics to boost engagement and follower growth.

- Stay ahead of social trends, algorithm updates, and platform innovations.

- Run paid ad campaigns and report on ROI and conversions.

Content Creation & Copywriting (20%):

- Write compelling blogs, emailers, social copies, and website content that resonate with students and professionals.

- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure unified storytelling.

- Edit and proofread marketing material for clarity and consistency.

Partnerships & Outreach (15%):

- Build relationships with institutions, tech communities, and media for collaborations.

- Coordinate co-marketing, influencer tie-ups, and affiliate partnerships.

- Support PR campaigns and media outreach to grow Tutoracs brand visibility.

Event Management & Engagement (15%):

- Plan Tutoracs participation in tech fairs, education expos, and networking events.

- Organize webinars, seminars, and community meetups for learners and trainers.

- Manage event logistics, invitations, and post-event reporting.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors and Master's in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in social media management or digital marketing.

- Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.

- Familiarity with analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Meta Suite, Hootsuite).

- Willingness to travel for events and collaborations.
