
About the Role:
The role is designed for individuals looking to build a career in Corporate HR with exposure to multiple HR sub-functions, strategic programs, and enterprise-wide initiatives. The candidate will work closely with Corporate HR leadership to support critical processes across employee communication, talent management, learning & development, HR systems, governance, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support internal employee communication initiatives, engagement programs, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to enhance employee experience
- Assist in the design and execution of talent management programs including performance processes, succession planning, and capability development
- Coordinate learning & development initiatives such as training calendars, LMS updates, and program logistics to drive continuous learning
- Support HR technology and digitalization initiatives including HRMS/LMS reporting, dashboards, analytics, and data integrity checks
- Contribute to HR governance activities including drafting, reviewing, updating HR policies, SOPs, and framework documents
- Facilitate compliance tracking, audits, and standardization of HR processes across the organization
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, reports, proposals, and project updates for Corporate HR leadership and senior stakeholders
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT) and familiarity with HR systems is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Post-graduate in HR, Psychology, Management, or related fields
- Passionate about building a strong career in HR with exposure to strategic projects and enterprise processes
